Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.

• Sending the contact form, calling or texting starts an appointment request. Your appointment is confirmed once we confirm a date and time with you.
• Our hours and appointment availability can change, especially around holidays and busy seasons.
• Ordering, deposit, alteration and return policies are explained in the boutique and given to you in writing when you place an order. Those store policies govern your purchase.

• Photos: our gown photos show gowns we carry. Many are prepared from photographs of the actual gown and digitally edited for presentation, for example the background, lighting or model. Colors, fabrics and fine details look different on different screens, so please see a gown in person before deciding.
• Availability: styles, colors and sizes change. A gown on the website may not be in the boutique when you visit or available in your size, and designers sometimes discontinue styles.
• Prices: listed prices are for the gown itself. Alterations, accessories and sales tax are separate. Prices can change, and if we find an error, we’ll correct it. Your price is confirmed in writing when you order.
• No online sales: nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Gowns are purchased with us directly.

The text, photos, logo and design of this website belong to Love Bridal by Tatyana or to the designers and photographers who allow us to use them. Designer names and trademarks belong to their owners.

You’re welcome to view, save and share pages for your own wedding planning. Please don’t copy or reuse our photos or text for any other business, listing or publication without our written permission.

Please don’t:

• use the site for anything unlawful;
• send spam, automated or misleading messages through the contact form;
• try to disrupt, overload or break into the site, or copy it with automated tools; or
• pretend to be someone else.

We link to other websites, such as Facebook, Google Maps, designers and local wedding venues. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content. Venue details in our guides are general information and can change, so please confirm them with the venue.

We work hard to keep this website accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that every detail is complete or current, or that the site will always be available. Wedding planning tips on the site are general information, not professional advice for your situation.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Love Bridal by Tatyana is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to $100.

These limits apply to this website only. Your purchases are covered by the store policies you receive in writing. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Larimer County, Colorado.

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date when we do, and the updated terms apply from then on.
